What is FLIMS?
FLIMS is a cloud-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) for medical laboratories in Jordan. It covers patient registration, worksheets and results, WhatsApp result delivery, billing and insurance claims, inventory, analyser integration, quality control and live dashboards.
How much does FLIMS cost?
New labs can start on the Starter plan at 0.25 JOD (25 piasters) per worksheet. The Annual Licence is 500 JOD per installation per year for up to 10,000 patients. One-time fees: 400 JOD per new lab installation and 50 JOD per analyser integration.
Does FLIMS connect to my analysers?
Yes. FLIMS connects to laboratory analysers over ASTM, HL7, RS-232 or LAN, in uni- or bi-directional mode, so orders go to the instrument and results come back automatically.
Can patients receive results on WhatsApp?
Yes. FLIMS sends WhatsApp messages from an official WhatsApp Business number in your lab's name when a sample is received and when results are released. Results are shared through a secure link, never in the message text.
Does FLIMS support ISO 15189 accreditation?
FLIMS includes QC tracking per instrument, critical ranges with instant alerts, sample rejection tracking and audit-ready reports that support ISO 15189, CAP and HCAC accreditation.
Is FLIMS integrated with the Jordanian Ministry of Health?
Yes, FLIMS offers Ministry of Health (MOH) API integration for result reporting.
Do I need a server?
No. FLIMS runs in the browser (Chrome or Edge). You need an internet connection, a PC, and optionally a label printer, report printer and barcode scanner.
How long does installation take?
A FLIMS engineer installs on site with your branch manager: configuration, test catalog, analyser connection and staff training. Most labs go live within days.
